As a manager, Ben’s responsibilities were to oversee a team’s working pipeline and address any issues to ensure their loans would get to closing. Ben spent 3 years as a manager and encountered countless scenarios and obstacles to overcome. His manager background has allowed Ben to consistently close his client’s loans; being able to notice an issue before it starts. Ben decided to remove himself from managing to step back into a more personal role as a banker. Allowing himself to focus more on business relationships while working directly with his own personal clients.
Outside of FFB, Ben and his wife own a business together, training off the track thoroughbred horses to be placed in their new forever home. It has always been our dream to work with horses in the equestrian world of show jumping. Ben and Ellen currently have 7 horses that they are training. When not working on their farm or in the office, Ben enjoys golfing and watching Cleveland Sports teams.
